What are the things I love about Hannah and David is that their love for Jesus comes first and shines out of them. I am so excited that I get to be a part of capturing their big day next June. Wedding days that honor God and the Union the couple is making with him makes the celebration so much more special, so much more than simply a human decision.
Hannah and David met me at Quail Hollow Park in mid November. By this time, the leaves were off the trees, but that did not stop us from getting beautiful, golden colors in the photographs.
It was great getting to know these two a little bit better, since our only interaction that's far has been our zoom calls. It was great to find out what poses looked best on them, and how to fit their personalities into the session.
Some thing I love about photographing people, is that somewhere along the session, each persons personality really starts to shine out, and I get to know their sense of humor. It is clear that these two like to have fun together and don't take things too seriously.
I love when my couples let me know a little behind the scenes. So, Hannah had told me before the shoot that she and David both have watches handed down to them from each of their grandparents. And get this- they are the same style watch! What a great way to honor the grandparents. You know we had to make sure we got an amazing shot of those watches!
