Windows on the River Wedding

ALEXA & MIKE - MAY 2018 - CLEVELAND OHIO WEDDING- WINDOWS ON THE RIVER

Alexa & Mike are two of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet. So easy going, caring, and giving, and as I learned this day… cool under pressure. Yes, you could say their wedding day had it’s challenges. With the makeup artist making the bride late for her own ceremony, torrential downpours during our creative portrait session, massive fog, and a chair cover slip-up, patience was wearing thin.

However, a quick reminder of what this day is all about was all it took to put this beautiful day into perspective. As Alexa, Mike and I slipped away before the ceremony to grab some shots of the two of them, all the stress melted away. These two are so in love. You can tell in the way they look at each other. You can tell in the way Mike awed at his bride over my shoulder as I took Alexa’s bridal portraits.

As the reception ensued, and touching speeches were made, loving tears were shed, it was time to have fun with their family in friends and truly celebrate this union.
